A full 20ft container (FCL). We do not sell retail or in quantities below a full container.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. We work exclusively with businesses (B2B): wholesalers, distributors, warehouse operators, and importers/exporters.
What delivery terms do you offer?
EXW from our warehouse in Germany, FOB from a European port, or CIF to the destination port.
Do you export to my country?
We export to the Middle East, North Africa, and West and East Africa. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm feasibility and cost.
Can the goods be inspected before shipping?
Yes, we send you photos of the batch before loading.
What do A, B and C mean in our quality grading?
A: 100% new product in original packaging. B: the same new product, but without original packaging, the only condition being full functionality. C: non-functional product, sold at a reduced price for parts or repair, sold as-is with no returns or exchanges.
Is there a detailed item-by-item packing list?
As standard, the packing list is provided at container level: pallets, cartons and weights. For some products, such as electrical appliances, a detailed item-level packing list is available on request.
How does payment work?
Once we agree on the quote, we sign a pro forma invoice; payment is made as agreed before loading and shipping.
What documents do I receive with the shipment?
A commercial invoice and a container-level packing list (pallets, cartons, weights) with every container. For some products, a detailed item-level packing list is available on request.
I have a company in Germany and want to sell surplus stock — do you buy from me?
Yes. We buy production overstock, surplus stock, goods from store closures and seasonal inventory from companies and factories in Germany and Europe, in full quantities, with payment as agreed.
